Innovation Catalyst is a dynamic program built to help nonprofit organizations develop new initiatives that improve their sustainability and mission impact.
Through a competitive application process, CauseImpact works with community funders to select a small cohort of organizations that are ready, willing, and able to commit the time, effort and resources needed to support meaningful innovation. We work at a pace designed for busy nonprofit leaders and their boards.
Every cohort benefits from nine months of integrated group training, consultation, and individual support in social venture development. We guide each organization through group workshop sessions, individualized coaching and consultation, and provide technical support for market research, financial modeling, and other critical planning needs.
Each participant will work alongside peer organizations to develop an effective pitch, business plan, and complete financials. We provide multiple practice pitch sessions leading up to a formal pitch event that is open to the community, press, and potential funders.

New Initiatives. New Revenue.

The Frist Foundation loves to support the Innovation Catalyst program because it continues to foster innovation in our nonprofit community, especially around earned revenue. This is extremely important for diversifying a funding base for so many nonprofits in Nashville and making them sustainable in the long term, which we love to see.
