I've spent most of my career building things. Before I ever set foot in the nonprofit world, I spent seventeen years navigating the complexity of starting and growing businesses — specialty retail, hospitality, wholesale, online commerce. I've designed logistics centers, launched sales divisions, and run my own business for a decade. I know what it takes to make a venture work.
My path took a more purposeful turn when I shifted focus toward the nonprofit sector. Over the past eighteen years I've served as a coach and consultant supporting nonprofit organizations in strategy development, leadership coaching, and social venture development. That prior store of startup experience isn't incidental — it's the whole point. I bring a founder's lens to every business model we build together.
