The Nashville Food Project brings people together to grow, cook, and share nourishing food, with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating hunger in the city.  Through concept investigation and research, the Nashville Food Project realized they had to be open and flexible about reaching their goals.  Read more about how they were able to shape and grow themselves into a commercial kitchen that is utilizing a pooled resources model to serve an increasing amount of hungry people every week.
