As a teenager, my father shared Robert Baden-Powell’s words with me: “Try and leave this world a little better than you found it.” That’s been the through-line of my career ever since.
I've spent thirty years in the nonprofit sector — from operations staff to chief executive to consultant. I've built organizations, navigated crises, and grown revenue. In 2014, I moved to full-time consultancy to multiply that impact across dozens of organizations at once.
